Rent Collection
Austin Realty will collect the rent for your propert(ies) and hold it in our escrow account to be distributed to you. Our software system allows tenants to pay online with an ACH, credit or debit card and to set up a recurring monthly charge. Tenants can also mail or hand deliver their rent.
Bill Payment
Austin Realty will pay any bills associated with your propert(ies) including utilities, insurance, condo or association fees and mortgages.
Maintenance
Austin Realty will handle all of the routine and preventative maintenance for your propert(ies). Our skilled maintenance staff can handle painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general maintenance work. If need be, we will contract with outside contractors for certain repairs. We also offer 24/7 emergency maintenance.
Leasing
Services
Austin Realty will assess your propert(ies) and determine what the rent should be. We then will post an ad for your property on our website and over a dozen of the top rental websites. We pre-screen prospects and allow them to schedule showings online where our leasing agent will meet them at the property. Once we receive an application, we will run their credit, do a legal and criminal background check, as well as verifying their employment and prior rental history. Then we will sign all of the lease paperwork which we have customized over our years in the business. Once the lease is signed, we will handle the move-in.
